Metro University organised a Tree Plantation Drive on its campus to promote environmental awareness, sustainability, and the importance of creating a greener and healthier learning environment.

The Hon’ble Pro-Chancellor, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Registrar, Deans, Directors, Heads of Departments, faculty members, staff, and students came together to plant and nurture saplings across the campus. Their collective participation reflected a shared commitment towards environmental responsibility and sustainable development.

The initiative encouraged the university community to recognise the vital role that trees play in maintaining ecological balance and contributing to a healthier future. More than just planting saplings, the drive reinforced the message that environmental responsibility is a collective effort, and meaningful change begins with each one of us.

Through such initiatives, Metro University continues to foster a culture of sustainability, responsibility, and conscious citizenship among its students and the wider university community.
