Driving Growth and Governance
Prof. Anoop Pant is a seasoned academician, academic administrator, and institution builder with over three decades of distinguished experience in higher education, management education, and university governance. Holding a Ph.D. from Banaras Hindu University, he has served in several leadership capacities including Professor, Director, Founder Director, Director–IQAC, Academic Head, and Programme Director across reputed institutions and universities in India. His expertise spans academic leadership, faculty recruitment and development, institutional quality assurance, accreditation preparedness, regulatory compliance, curriculum development, and strategic academic planning aligned with UGC, AICTE, and NAAC frameworks.
Throughout his academic journey, Prof. Pant has contributed significantly to institution building and academic excellence. He has led academic and administrative transformations, guided doctoral scholars to completion, authored more than 25 books, and published 20+ research papers in reputed indexed journals in areas including Finance, Educational Governance, Management, and Public Policy. Widely recognized for his people-centric leadership and policy-driven governance approach, he has actively contributed to conferences, faculty development initiatives, management development programs, and academic discourse at national and international platforms. His extensive experience continues to reflect a strong commitment toward creating quality-driven, research-oriented, and future-ready educational ecosystems.

Assistant ProfessorAbout
Dr. Arunima is an accomplished academician, researcher, and behavioural trainer with over seven years of experience spanning higher education, research, and the corporate sector. She holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management and is passionate about fostering academic excellence through teaching, research, innovation, and student mentorship.
Prior to joining academia, Dr. Arunima served as a Research Officer at the prestigious Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA), New Delhi, where she was actively involved in research, capacity-building programmes, and behavioural training for professionals from diverse sectors, including the Civil Services and paramilitary forces across India. This experience enabled her to bridge academic knowledge with public policy, governance, and industry practices.

Dr. Krishna Gopal Chaubey is a distinguished academician, researcher, and administrator with over 20 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership in the fields of Commerce and Management. His research portfolio includes numerous papers presented at national and international conferences, along with publications in Scopus-indexed journals.
He has also authored books and book chapters in the areas of finance, banking, marketing, and management. In addition to his academic achievements, Dr. Chaubey has actively contributed to curriculum design, research mentoring, examination management, faculty development, student mentoring, and quality assurance initiatives. His commitment to ethical education and outcome-based learning continues to inspire students and contribute to the advancement of higher education.

Dr. Richa
Assistant ProfessorAbout
Dr. Richa joins the School of Business and Commerce with a Ph.D. in Economics from IIT Roorkee, where her doctoral research examined climate-induced migration in North Bihar.
Before academia, she worked at WRI India as a Senior Program Associate in the Climate Economics and Finance Program, contributing to climate-economy modeling work that fed into real policy discussions.
She teaches Microeconomics, Development Economics, Quantitative Economics, and Environmental and Public Economics.

Assistant ProfessorAbout
Ms. Suhasini Jain is an Assistant Professor in Management, specialising in Finance, with a strong academic and research background in energy finance, sustainable finance, financial markets and digital assets. She has pursued her doctoral research at Amity University Uttar Pradesh, focusing on the dynamic interconnectedness of clean energy, conventional energy and digital asset markets, with particular emphasis on volatility spillovers, portfolio diversification and risk management.
She is proficient in RStudio and advanced quantitative techniques such as wavelet analysis, time- and frequency-domain connectedness, optimal portfolio allocation and dynamic hedging, and is committed to integrating research-based insights and practical applications into her teaching.
